Casting Components

Cast components.

Complex geometry. Near-net shape.

Die-cast and investment-cast parts in brass and aluminium — three-dimensional forms that are uneconomical, or impossible, to machine from solid.

MaterialsBrass casting alloy · Aluminium casting alloy · SS casting alloy · Any other metal as per your requirements
ProcessesDie casting or Investment casting
Post-castingCNC/VMC machining based on the article
Lead time6–8 weeks new article / 4–6 weeks repeat

Casting is for internal passages, undercuts, and 3D forms. Share the 3D model — we recommend die cast or investment cast.

Materials & finishes

Cast in the right alloy. Machine the faces that seal, thread, or locate.

All castings receive CNC on thread bores, sealing faces, and mating surfaces before plating or powder coat.
